4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, damaged package), Spicy Hivez will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind or incorrect order placement, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once the returned item is received and verified, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer after verifying the provided account details.
