1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You were sent the wrong item.
  • The product was expired or compromised in quality upon arrival.
  • Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding delays due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or courier issues).

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging (except for cases involving damaged or defective items).
  • Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as images of the damaged or defective product) must be provided.

2. Refund Process

Approval & Processing: Our team will review your request within 2-5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Online Payments: If you paid via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account within 5-10 business days (depending on bank processing times).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer, and customers will need to provide their bank account details for the transfer.

Wallet Payments: If the purchase was made through an online wallet, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Change of mind or personal preferences.
  • Discounted or promotional sale items.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
  • Returns made beyond the 7-day return window.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you may do so by contacting us within 12 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, if you refuse delivery, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed once the package is returned to us.
